EDP Workshop : First Batch (12th August, 2016

Workshop Rules.

Swami Vivekananda Institute of Technology Mahbub College Campus, Patny Center Secunderabad – 500003 Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering WORKSHOP on Electronic Design Practices. (________Date to be announced shortly___________) 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Rules for the workshop     Must attend every session of the  workshop. Must  be PUNCTUAL to all sessions. Must strictly follow the rules prescribed for each session. Must submit all deliverables in the FORMAT prescribed on the activity sheet. Must maintain a dairy/log book in which all activities must be recorded. Must bring all tools listed for the workshop without fail for all activities. Must regularly keep checking the blog spot (http://16ecesvit.blogspot.in), your email and SMS to keep in touch with the latest information delivered by the workshop coordinator.  Must check with the coordinator/fellow participants in case you do not have internet or cell phone. Must interact in a professional manner, with the coordinator, faculty and fellow participants. Must focus on activity given for the hour without disturbing other participants.  Must be careful while working with the tools and equipment to avoid injury to you and fellow participants. Must be careful while handling the lab equipment to ensure safety and security of them. Must strictly abide by the above rules and any other rules that may be framed during the workshop. Must try to attain your full potential by thinking and acting in an innovative and creative manner. Must take special care to keep your belongings like bags, books, cell phone, cash and other valuables safe. DO NOT LEAVE THEM UNATTENDED. In the rare event of a student coming LATE to the workshop, the workshop on that day will  end late by DOUBLE the amount of delay caused subject to the approval of the other participants. Else, the late comer will be asked to leave the workshop.
Undertaking
I have read the above rules and will follow them strictly and also ensure that my fellow participants adhere to realize the objectives of the workshop. I understand that the workshop is organized only to those students who have volunteered to participate. I understand that I am free to leave the workshop anytime during the week. I also understand that if I do not adhere to the rules mentioned above, I will not be eligible for the participation certificate. I also understand that the components I use for each activity have to be either purchased/replaced by me. I also understand that the coordinator of the workshop can, after due consideration, disqualify me from the workshop in exceptional circumstances. I understand that all activities have a start  time and a stop time and that I must attempt the tasks without ANY supervision from either the coordinator or the faculty and must solely rely on my material, team members and group as arranged.
